Like the Classic Short, the Bailey Button is a calf-height boot made from genuine twin-face sheepskin. We’ve updated this traditional style with a wooden UGG logo button and elastic band closure. The Bailey Button can either be worn up or cuffed down adding a little variety depending on your style. All boots in our Classic Collection feature a soft foam insole covered with genuine sheepskin and have a molded EVA light and flexible outsole designed for amazing comfort with every step.

This style tends to run a size large. We recommend ordering a size smaller from your typical shoe size. If you are in-between sizes, we recommend ordering a half down.

SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is dispatched, the following approximate delivery times apply:
Australian Orders
Delivery is FREE Australia wide. We use Domestic Express Service for all deliveries within Australia. Delivery time is 1-2 working days from dispatch. For delivery to remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 working days.
International Orders
We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. Please allow around 5-10 working days from dispatch. Additional delays may occur during the months of September - March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs. Average shipping costs are: United Kingdom - £10, Rest of Europe - 15EUR, USA - US$20, Canada - CA$24, Japan - ¥2,400.
Ugg Store is not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company.
International customers might have to pay an import duty. For information, please contact your local customs office. Country-specific customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of each individual customer.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 15% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS
All products sold by Ugg Boots Store are covered by 30 day manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.
To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
Goods must be returned within 21 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery and 15% re-stocking/processing fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
EXCHANGES
To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 21 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels.
When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
